Limit 10 people. Participants will learn the blending of Eastern and Western psychology to empower and educate themselves and others. Some didactic materials and handouts will be provided to reinforce this learning. The workshop is almost entirely experiential with exercises, art therapy, and Gestalt Therapy practices with “hot seat” work on a volunteer basis and homework. These intensives are very intense (not for the faint of heart). If interested in participating, please be prepared for deep therapeutic work.
