This two day workshop will present the Leadership Maturity Framework (LMF), a research-based model of adult ego development that offers an in-depth view of the ways adults make sense of reality. We will identify nine distinct iterations of adult development and how to recognize and treat clients in each stage, using language cues, social interactions, and case examples.
