The CALM Tools for Living program helps alleviate symptoms of Panic Disorder, Social Anxiety Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Posttraumatic Stress Disorder, and Depression. Research has proven that CALM improves anxiety and depression symptoms, functional disability, and quality of care at 18 months. Participants at the training will receive practical, “real-world” ways to help clients suffering from anxiety and depression. Participants will be given concrete tools that will enhance their therapeutic skills to help clients.
