Clients experiencing life stresses can respond angrily to professionals offering help. Learning to effectively manage and communicate with angry clients is a valuable skill. Participants will; gain insight into the needs and wants of angry clients; gain knowledge of how nonviolent communication impacts emotionally charged situations; practice de-escalation techniques to use with angry clients.
