This workshop explores our relationship to daily stressors, the impact they have (e.g., physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual), and the ethical responsibilities of self-care faced by mental health clinicians. It is designed to illuminate the various types of stress experienced by mental health providers, and to demystify the concepts and applications of “self-care.” In-person sessions held at 1631 15th Ave W Ste 305. Open to public.
