Understanding and applying an anti-oppressive approach to the work we do is imperative to working ethically. This training will go beyond the basics and the ethical codes into power structures, privilege imbalance in the therapeutic relationship, and look at how to apply an understanding of how structural, interpersonal, and internal oppressions occur and affect clients.
