This workshop is an introduction to CoreSoma. We will use touch, movement, and dialogue with our bodies to effect somatic re-patterning and change our experience in life. Cornelia is the Co-Director of the International Institute of CoreEvolution and CoreSoma. In her work she shares a compassion and joy for life, bringing a deep presence of the feminine.
