For teachers, counselors and therapists that work with children. This 10-hour workshop introduces the research-supported Yoga Calm wellness principles and 20 basic activities including breathing exercises, simple yoga poses, mindfulness activities, social/emotional games, relaxation/story telling processes, and emotional guidance techniques. Help instill healthy, lifelong physical, mental, and emotional habits in children and yourself.
