This experiential workshop weaves together somatic and psychodynamic approaches to support healing early wounds. Discern between shock trauma/developmental trauma, uncover the relationship between trauma and toxic shame, learn 5 adaptive survival styles and basic NARM clinical skills, view NARM session.
