Brown, author of Cultural Competence in Trauma Therapy: Beyond the Flashback, presented as a benefit for the Fremont Community Therapy Project (FCTP), a low-cost training clinic. Learn how to develop a 21st Century model of human diversity and understand how it weaves into the experience of trauma survival. Countertransferential challenges and therapist self-care with trauma survivors in the context of therapist’s intersectionalities of identities will be addressed.
