Two three hour Law and Ethics classes. 9am-12:15 will focus on the three sources of supervisor liability including protection of client confidentiality, mandatory reporting and the duty to warn/protect. 1:15-4:30pm will provide a comprehensive understanding of the sources of liability in supervision so that participants can accurately assess the true risks of providing supervision services.
